Who can qualify as a Foreign Nationals?
These programs can be for anyone who does not live in the United States. The borrower does not need a Social Security Number or Credit Report.
Requirements
- Highest loan amount is 90% of purchase price
- Must be with a First and Second Mortgage
- Need letter from Certified Public Accountant from country of origin showing income year to date and the previous two years
- Copy of Certificate of Foreign Status
- Three original credit letters from a lending institution located in country of origin
- Copy of Passport or Visa
